Mincemeat is a traditional English holiday pie. Apples, Dried Fruit, and Spices are cooked in Cider and Butter and then soaked in Brandy. It was originally made as a way to preserve meat over the winter without refrigeration. Dried Fruit, Apples and spices are the dominant flavors. We recommend serving the pie with Brandy Hard Sauce (which we sell in the store) or whipped cream.

Ingredients: Apples, Brandy, Butter, Apple Cider, Currants, Raisins, Yellow Raisins, Brown Sugar, Mace, Allspice, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Flour, Vegetable Shortening, Salt
