Pumpkin Pie - Thanksgiving

Our pumpkin pie is made from fresh Long Island cheese pumpkins, grown on both our own and other local farms, which we clean, roast and puree to become the base of our pie mix.

Ingredients: Pumpkin, Eggs, Sugar, Evaporated Milk, Cinnamon, Ginger, Clove, Nutmeg, Allspice, Flour, Vegetable Shortening, Salt
